If you need something custom made, it will be a pleasure for us to collaborate! At Crea Gifts we are open to create personalized artworks and gifts according to your request. Please contact us by e-mail or through the contact form in order to specify the details and the deadline for the execution of your custom-made item. Custom orders are made within 10-14 days and should be prepaid.

Our processing time for the items which are already made and available in stock is within 2-5 working days. For custom items or made to order artworks the needed time to process and ship out your order is between 10 – 14 days depending on our workload. If there is a delay in your order, we will contact you for further information.

All our orders are sent from Sofia / Bulgaria (European Union).
We provide free shipping to deliver our items to US, Canada, and selected countries in EU (European Union). During check-out, please see if we deliver to your country.
Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 4-8 business days;
- Canada: 6-10 business days;
- EU (selected countries): 3-6 business days.

Orders are shipped via A1Post. You will get a tracking number, so you can check the shipping and delivery status of your parcel at any time. 

It is possible that an item does not match your expectations, or you change your mind. To request a refund, please send us an email with your name, address, order number, and giving us the reason why you are returning the item at: info@creagifts.art.
For online purchase, you have 14 days to be reimbursed since we receive back your returned item. Please note that the cost of shipping is your full responsibility. Products must be returned and carefully repackaged in their original packing and condition.
